A voyage where traditional cuisine goes hand in hand with the avant-garde. the Quixote restaurant allows guests to immerse themselves in the gastronomy of La Mancha thanks to the fusion of traditional regional cuisine and modern fare.

Quixote Restaurant offers daily menu from Tuesday to Friday from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm (Menu of the day from Tuesday to Friday, Saturday menu) and dinners on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (Quixote menu).

Located in the Eurostars Palacio Buenavista , the Quixote restaurant is an elegant space with classic decoration that creates a simply perfect atmosphere for enjoying the best cuisine with all your senses.

The team

Chef Ángel Aceituno has been responsible for surprising guests of the Quixote for more than a decade and, hand in hand with maître Christopher Rubio, provides visitors with a unique gastronomic experience.
